The real estate industry is competitive and I wanted to differentiate myself as a broker who was dedicated to customer service so I became Quality Service Certified two years ago. QSC is a standard of service and an accountability tool. Agents receive training and go through a certification program that teaches us how to serve our clients to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and loyalty. Secondly it is an independent organization that allows my clients to rate my service and provide feedback and accountability. That information is then available on their website.
